Reservations:
Do we need reservations to come into Rhythm Room LA?
Reservations are not required but it is recommended if you are planning on coming with a larger group (over 5 persons) and after 9pm on Fridays or Saturdays.
Do we need to make reservation for Thursdays?
No, we do not take reservations on Thursdays
Where can I make reservations?
You can make a reservation on our website by clicking “Reservations” at the top right hand corner or you are welcome to book through our widget on our Instagram page.
How come I can’t book a billiard table?
We require a minimal of 4 guests in order reserve a pool table online.
If I am planning an event that involves 9+ persons, how do I go about making reservations?
If you have a party of 15+ party guests, please fill out the “Social Event” form on our Event page on our website.
What if I am running late for my reservation? Grace Period?
If you are running late, please call us or text us at 213-537-0394. We can hold your reservation up to 20 minute grace period after your reservation time, if we do not hear anything from you during the grace period we will have to open up the reservation to other guests.
Refunds for reservations
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for reservations. Please read our “Need to Know” section carefully on Resy’s platform before reserving.
What if I need to change or adjust a reservation?
If you need to change or adjust a reservation please email Info@rhythmroomla.com with subject line “Change or adjust reservation - (NAME)” or you are welcome to text or call 213-537-0394. We understand that sometimes your friend’s schedule cleared up last minute, any additional guests to your party are welcome to come in without a reservation. They will just have to pay for the door cover and entrance is based on capacity. That means that if there is a line, your guests will have to wait until it is clear to enter.
May I bring a cake/cupcakes and decor?
Cakes and cupcakes are welcome, we do ask that you bring your own paper plates, plastic utensils and a plastic cake knife if needed. Birthday candles or small sparklers are ok. Decor is welcome but it cannot obstruct the view of the stage (large balloons or streamers), we ask that all decor is taken down and cleaned up after the completion of the party. The space must be returned back to the condition it was at prior to the event. Tape that is used must be paint friendly, any wall damages will be the guest’s responsibility. No aerosol cans permitted, this includes spray paint, silly string and air horns. No confetti.
Dress Code
Is there s dress code to come into Rhythm Room LA?
Our dress code is casual, smart & stylish.
No loose or baggy fitting clothing, baggy pants
No Jerseys or athletic wear
No sports cap or sports beanie
No team or city logos
No hoodie tops
No White tee shirts or tanks top, wife beaters
No backpacks or duffles after 6pm
Liquid containers must be emptied before entering the venue
General questions:
Is proof of vaccination still required to enter?
No, proof of vaccination is no longer required
Do we sell food? What time does the kitchen close?
Yes we have a full kitchen which closes at 11pm. You can view our menu on our website under “Menu”
What is the parking situation like? Do you have a parking lot?
We do not have a parking lot dedicated to the bar but there are over 5 public pay-to-park lots & garages within a 1 block radius from Rhythm Room LA that you can park at. Rates vary, weekend rates range between $15-$20/per vehicle
Is there an entrance fee?
Yes, the entrance fee is $5 per person
Can we bring food in?
No, you may not bring outside food into Rhythm Room LA
